WORSHIP AT ST. JOHN’S UMC
Sunday morning worship offers hymns, prayers, scriptures, a message, and questions for reflections.
Join us for worship at St. John’s where we strive to serve God and our neighbors through ministries and outreach to the community.
Soul Break at noon on Wednesdays is a half-hour contemplative service in the style of Taizé,
Sunday worship and Soul Break are both live-streaming on Facebook, and archived on our YouTube channel.
Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir of 25 plus singers embraces their leadership role in each service.
They rehearse on Wednesdays from 7-8 p.m. in the choir room and they laugh as much as they sing.
Karen Parsons serves as St. John’s organist and accompanist.
In July, Santa Fe Opera interns provide music for our services.
Bell Choir
The 12-member Jubilate Bell choir meet on Wednesdays 6-7 pm in the bell room m where they laugh as much as they ring.
Both groups present special music to celebrate Easter and Christmas.
